Is Counselling Right for You?
We live in a fast-paced society and it has become more and more challenging to keep up with the demands of day to day living. We frequently deal with high levels of stress and burnout that impact our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Many common physical ailments such as insomnia, headaches, digestive issues, impaired immune system and more can be attributed to stress.
Irritability, anxiety, depression, inability to manage emotions, feelings of numbness or overwhelm can often be connected to unresolved trauma and/or grief, chronic stress, and other overwhelming life transitions. Our team of qualified counsellors can help.
