What is existential therapy?
The focus of existential therapy is to help people face anxieties of life and to embrace the freedom of the choice humans have and taking full responsibility for their choices. We incorporate spirituality into our practice to help my clients live more authentically. Our clients are encouraged to take ownership of their lives, to find meaning and to live fully in the present.
